DSG discusses Hanover zoning amendments ahead of May 12 town elections

DCCD director of external partnerships and special projects Joe Hayes told senators that the center plans to spend $1.2 million annually to help students pursue unpaid internships.
Voting for student body president and vice president will open at 5 p.m. today.
Senators also filled senate vacancies at the third weekly Dartmouth Student Government meeting.
At the first weekly Dartmouth Student Government meeting of the term, senators discussed allocating DSG’s remaining budget, filling three senate vacancies and renaming the Black Visual Arts Center.
At the eighth weekly Dartmouth Student Government meeting of the term, senators approved initiatives to add laundry cubbies and increase course book accessibility.
At the seventh weekly Dartmouth Student Government meeting of the term, senators also funded the WenDo Women’s self defense class, termly coach bus vouchers and a prayer mat initiative.
At the sixth weekly Dartmouth Student Government meeting of the term, Dartmouth Student Health Service director Mark Reed discussed the KIND30 project and updates to healthcare.
At the fifth weekly Dartmouth Student Government meeting of the term, senators discussed a potential amendment to the senator residency policy.
Students, administrators and volunteers plan, design and build the four-day annual celebration, beginning preparations in the fall term.
