Earlier this week I ventured into the lair of music aficionados around campus: the basement of the HOP. If it hadn't been for a guide, I would probably still be wandering around the labyrinthesque gray halls searching in vain for some musical inspiration. Seriously, it is crazy down there. The search was worth it though because I ran into two guitar playing boys. The sight made this editor's heart go pitter patter.
I'll admit, I'm tone deaf. My musical ambitions were crushed back in fifth grade when I was told to lip synch at my Holiday Concert. Ouch. Since then I have been living my dreams of making it big in music through friends, the occasional crush on musicians, and Dartmouth Mirror themes. I have a feeling that this issue will be less painful than listening to me sing. Though, if you want to hear for yourself, I suppose that could be arranged.
