The College topped last year's record for alumni donations by $500,000 in its annual fund drive this fiscal year.
As of June 30, the Alumni Fund received more than $13.4 million in donations.
Last year alumni donated $12.9 million, according to Jeff Sassorosi, the fund's senior associate director.
"We are very, very pleased with this year's drive," he said.
This year 48.6 percent of alumni gave to the fund, a decrease of about 8 percent from last year.
But Sassorosi said they tallied alumni contribution figures differently this year.
He said instead of giving alumni six to seven additional months to pay off their pledges and computing those pledges in the total numbers, this year they counted only "cash-in-hand" pledges.
