New director appointed to Koop Institute

Dr. John Duffy stepped down as director of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center's C. Everett Koop Institute last month, officials at the Institute announced. Until a new director is appointed, Dr. David Serra is serving as acting director.
