The first edition of Dartmouth Nightly News, a daily radio program for Dartmouth students, aired last night over the College's AM radio station, 1340 WDCR.
The program, which will run Monday through Friday at 5:30 p.m., included national and local news, sports, weather and a feature section.
"It's a wonderful opportunity for any student interested in broadcast journalism to get involved because there are so many aspects to the program," WDCR-WFRD News Director Adrienne Kim '95 said.
Anchored by Grant Bosse '94 and Alyse Kornfeld '95, the program included an interview with government Professor Catherine Shapiro.
