An Unreasonable Request
By Tim Rich | November 21, 2002To the Editor: In Pamela Hairston's Nov. 13 letter to The Dartmouth ("Overdue Reparations") she failed to mention that so-called "white" America has provided countless benefits to African-Americans through programs such as affirmative action, welfare and special scholarship programs.
