This afternoon, Alice Lloyd ’27 pled guilty to disorderly conduct in the Lebanon District Court. She will pay a $1,240 fine.
Lloyd was arrested in May at the scene of a car crash and charged that night with driving while intoxicated. Lloyd’s blue Jeep Wrangler was driven into the entrance ramp of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority’s house.
Lloyd’s attorney Leonard Harden — a DUI/DWI and criminal defense lawyer based in N.H. — said in an interview with The Dartmouth that Lloyd is “happy to have this behind her.” He declined to comment further.
Hanover Police Department did not have any information on the updated charges.
“The prosecutor is independent [of] Hanover PD and manages prosecution on a case-by-case basis,” HPD Captain Mike Schibuola wrote in an email statement to The Dartmouth.
Grafton County Attorney Martha Hornick and Lloyd did not respond to questions regarding the change in charges or requests for comment at the time of publication. A College spokesperson declined to comment.
