Westol speaks on hazing

More than 200 students packed into Collis Common Ground last night to hear David Westol, the national executive director of Theta Chi fraternity, speak out against hazing in Greek houses. Westol is also a prosecutor in Indianapolis, Ind., who specializes in hazing laws.

The Hop selects new programming director

Norman Frisch, the new Hopkins Center Programming Director, said he wants to make The Hop more than just a place for students to eat and pick up their mail. The Hopkins Center selected Frisch after conducting a national search to replace Naj Wykoff, who served only one year in the position.

Mens cross country sets sights on Heps

Eager to bolster its reputation as a national powerhouse, the men's cross country team enters the 1993 season optimistic and focused. The team has set two clear goals for itself ' to win the Heptagonal Championships in Van Cortlandt Park, N.Y.
