Means '03 wins Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Writing

Associated Press WEB UPDATE, August 31, 2:40 p.m. Sam Means '03 won his first Emmy award for comedy writing Sunday night as part of the writing team of "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart." Means leapt onto the Shrine Auditorium stage in Los Angeles with Stewart and fellow writers to take the top prize for outstanding writing in a variety, music or comedy program in front of 16.1 million television viewers.
