Hate Crimes Need More "Accountability"

To the Editor: The Dartmouth's Nov. 11th article, "Anti-Semitic slurs found in Topliff Hall" quotes Dean Nelson as saying, "Individuals have been held accountable for these actions in the past, and they will continue to be held accountable.
