Co-captain Andy Gagel '10 said the difference in conditioning between the teams was clear. "It was apparent by the fourth quarter [that] we were in better shape," he said.

In the game against the Bulldogs (11-18, 5-7 Ivy), the Big Green (5-21, 1-11 Ivy) shot an abysmal 25 percent from the field easily the team's season-worst shooting performance.

The last carnival also doubled as the Eastern Championships, which Dartmouth has now won for the past four years. The University of Vermont again trailed in second with 806 points reminiscent of all of the Big Green's other carnivals this season. "[Vermont] traditionally has had a strong skiing program and has won the NCAA [Championships] a number of times over the years," women's Nordic head coach Cami Thompson said.

Women's tennis inspires Ivy cooperation in Haiti relief

Over the course of the three-day tournament, the Big Green collected over 100 pounds of donated items from six of the other seven competing teams for Dartmouth's Haiti earthquake relief efforts.

Track teams make final preparations for upcoming Heps

The women have seen success from co-captain Natalie Stoll '10 in both the 400-meter dash and 500-meter race, in which she is ranked ninth and sixth, respectively, in the Ivies.
