Women's lacrosse to face Syracuse

Erin Becks / The Dartmouth Erin Becks / The Dartmouth After a hard-fought 6-4 win against the University of Pennsylvania in the Ivy League Tournament championship game last weekend, the Dartmouth women's lacrosse team will begin NCAA Tournament play on Sunday with a game against Syracuse University at the Carrier Dome.

Schwieger wins ‘New England's Heisman Trophy'

Maggie Rowland / The Dartmouth Senior Staff Following a season in which he shattered numerous Dartmouth College and Ivy League season and career records, Big Green running back Nick Schwieger '12 has been recognized by numerous football organizations, publications and news outlets for his strong performance on the field. The Gridiron Club of Greater Boston recognized Schwieger's success and named him one of two recipients of the 73rd annual George Bulger Lowe Award, known as "New England's Heisman Trophy" Schwieger is the fifth Big Green player to win the award. The Ivy League, the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame also recognized Schwieger as the runner-up for the Asa S.
