The Dartmouth Should Not Have Covered Story on Student's Arrest

To the Editor: Regardless of what this person did, The Dartmouth's choice to report on the personal life of a student charged with child pornography was in poor taste ["Freshman faces child pornography charge," April 6]. This is a wonderful example of how disgraceful the American media has become.
