Rose talks scuba diving adventures

ASAP Rocky and Major Lazer to play in concert

ASAP Rocky and Major Lazer will perform on Gold Coast lawn on May 17, Programming Board announced Saturday at a concert outside the Class of 1953 Commons. The Green Key concert is the first large-scale Programming Board show since Avicii performed last winter. "Let's just say this, there are three people that are important in my life and ASAP is one of them," Doug Payne '15 said.

Panelists discuss Supreme Court case

In April, the Supreme Court heard the Baby Veronica case, officially titled Adoptive Couple v. Baby Girl, and will soon rule whether custody of a half-Native American child will be given to her father's tribe or her adoptive non-Native parents. Native American studies chair Bruce Duthu and writing professor Julie Kalish discussed Baby Veronica's future in a panel on Friday. Baby Veronica's father, a Cherokee tribe member, was engaged to a non-Native woman, who gave birth after the couple broke off the engagement.

Yield sees marginal drop to 48.5 percent

Dennis Ng / The Dartmouth Staff A total of 1,093 students, or 48.5 percent, accepted Dartmouth's offer of admission to the Class of 2017 as of the College's May 1 deadline, Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid Maria Laskaris said. The College extended offers to 2,252 students earlier this spring.
