To the Editor:
I would like to clarify something I came across in the "Committee probes 'Good Sam.' policy" (May 17) article. The article stated that Theta Delta Chi fraternity "has not been disciplined" by the College. However, I would like the Dartmouth community to know that formal charges have been levied against our fraternity despite the use of, and possible future changes to the Good Samaritan policy. They will be pursued following the legal conclusion of the state case. Thank you.
