To the Editor:
Although I enjoyed Robert Butts' May 7 editorial "Say No to Spam," he neglects to mention what we can do to ease the problem. Joining CAUCE (http://www.cauce.org), the Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email, is a way that individuals can support anti-spam legislation and other efforts to reduce the flow of junk email. It's a volunteer-driven lobby group that's completely free to join. I strongly recommend taking the five minutes to sign up to anyone who may be annoyed with the hundreds of worthless messages they're getting in their inbox every day.
