To the Editor:
Daniel Kay's April 18 column "Discrimination, Not Diversity" is an exceptionally well written, logical exposition of a very divisive and difficult social problem. It took a very "deep well" of courage to write this article at Dartmouth, with its well-documented biases towards a policy of "Affirmative Action," a policy that is really reverse discrimination permeating every part of the College, from admissions to faculty hires to faculty and professional promotions.
