To the Editor:
Jim Zien's denunciation of the Boston Globe's irresponsible "reporting" in the letter to the editor that appeared yesterday speaks for all of us who grieve for Half and Susanne Zantop. Nothing can alter the fact of their brutal deaths. By turning this tragedy into cheap journalistic currency, the Boston Globe disregards fundamental truths about these two wonderful people, about what they suffered, and about what we have lost.
