To the Editor:
There are times when I don't entirely understand Dartmouth College. Despite the fact that the one issue that the administration and students agree on is the need for more undergraduate housing, the College is going to renovate Woodbury Hall, now vacated by the graduate students thanks to the completion of Whittemore, and turn it into office space. Wouldn't it make more sense simply to turn Woodbury into undergraduate housing rather than building an entirely new building? It's already on the main campus and already configured as a dormitory. I would ask the administration to reconsider their plans for this building as a sign that they are serious about the housing issue.
