The Steve Miller Band and the Indigo Girls will be playing in concert at the College on April 2 and April 24, respectively.
Classic rock staple the Steve Miller Band confirmed their concert date just yesterday. Tickets go on sale tonight at the Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers concert in Leede Arena.
For those not going to the as-of-yet not sold out Marley concert, tickets will be on sale at Collis starting tomorrow. As of press time, ticket prices and ticket availability through Ticketmaster were yet to be determined.
The Indigo Girls will be bringing their popular folk rock to Leede later in April. Tickets will go on sale during Spring Term registration. There will be a two-day period, March 30 and 31, where tickets will be sold exclusively to students. After that, tickets will be available to the general public.
The Steve Miller Band comes to Dartmouth as part of its 1998 Space Cowboy Spring Tour. They will be arriving in Hanover between tour dates at New York's Beacon Theatre and Boston's Orpheum Theater, both moderately sized venues.
