The unfortunate intolerance of campus "liberalis"
It is not uncommon for the more liberal elements of American politics to praise the welfare states found by the North Sea or north of our border.
It's become something of a fad to advocate for the exclusive purchase of local goods when possible.
This year, I'm going to waste my vote. Normally, I am inclined to accept part of what the dominant political machines spit out at me, as candidates often distinguish themselves greatly from each other, leading to one candidate being clearly superior to the other in my assessment.
While our modern economy may be complex, at its foundation much of it is intuitive especially the simple, everyday act of buying and selling.
It has become increasingly common for college students and recent graduates to seek internships in order to build their resumes for success in a tough job market.
