Freund places 11th among best open riders in country

Freshman Daisy Freund rode her way to 11th place out 29 total riders in the Equestrian Cacchione Cup National Finals at Ohio this past Thursday and Friday. Ashley Woodhouse from Skidmore won the class with Kyla Makholghi from Mount Holyoke, in Dartmouth's Zone taking second. "Daisy looked awesome in both of her classes," said manager Annie Trumpold '05.




Equestrian leaps over regional rivals, preps for Zones

Dartmouth equestrian excelled in Regional competition Saturday, as five Big Green riders qualified in their individual classes to compete at Zones on April 9 for a spot at Nationals. "I was very proud of all our Regional qualifiers," said head coach Sally Batton.



Big Green riders end fall season on top of the competition

The Dartmouth equestrian team dominated its last show of the fall season winning by four points at the University of New Hampshire's home show on Sunday and bringing home seven first-place individual finishes. "I was thrilled with the team's performance at our last show of the Fall term," said Coach Sally Batton.
