Facebook status goes viral in Hanover
In response to protests of the Dimensions Welcome Show on Friday, a Facebook status has been circulating among students. A campus-wide email from Dean of the College Charlotte Johnson sent on Saturday stated that several protestors have reported being harassed in person and online. The status is below.
I stand against violence. I stand with each protestor, OPAL, Dean Johnson, survivors, and every community member who is actively working to make Dartmouth a safer place for EVERYONE. I stand with those who will not back down in the face of injustice.
