The most recent "Bad Romance" parody to rock the web is the Hui Zheng Lab's submission for the Molecular and Human Genetics Retreat at Baylor College of Medicine, titled "Bad Project." The nerdy lyrics are insanely clever and realistically explain the pain of a toiling scientist who is "caught in a bad project."
"I want good data," the scientists lament, "but I got a project straight from hell. I wanna graduate in less than five year, but there ain't no getting out of here." The choreography is spot on with moves straight from the Lady Gaga original. Even the costumes are inventive, constructed from everyday materials found in a science lab. The clever dance moves and original costumes converge to create a video that is worthy of Gaga's Grammy-winning original.
