Women's water polo participates in national tourney

The Dartmouth women's water polo will be competing this weekend at the first ever women's club nationals at Tuscon, Ariz.

The Big Green will represent the New England conference in the tournament, which starts today.

The team faces Norte Dame and Arizona in the first round.

Sailing team hosts New England Championships

The Dartmouth sailing team will host the New England Championship this weekend on Lake Mascoma. This event is the qualifier for the National Championship to be held June 5-7.

The top four teams qualify for the nationals " others end their season. Racing runs from around 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Sixteen teams will compete : BC, BU, Brown, CGA, Connecticut College, Harvard, MIT, URI, Tufts, UVM, Yale, Roger Williams, Mass. Maritime, Bowdoin and UNH. Five of these teams are ranked in the top 20 nationally.

Ultimate Frisbee teams play at regional games

Both the men's and women's ultimate Frisbee teams will compete in regional tournaments this weekend.

The men's squad qualified for the regionals by winning the sectional tournament last weekend. It will challenge national powerhouse Brown, as well as Yale, Wesleyan, Tufts, Middlebury, Harvard and UMass.

The women's team will travel to Williams for the regional tourney.
