To the Editor:
I noticed myself, and it has been brought to my attention, that The Dartmouth did not mention the pro-life conference which took place here at Dartmouth this past weekend. I find it hard to believe that the college newspaper would not have covered an event such as this. Not only was it an Ivy League conference, involving students from other Ivy League schools, we also had workshops and speakers of national importance. Or does The Dartmouth think that a speech given by Alan Keyes on abortion and morality is not newsworthy? I would be very interested to learn why this was not covered in The Dartmouth. It was publicized on campus. How hard would it have been to have one person covering the conference? Please inform me as to how an event such as this was overlooked by The Dartmouth.
