- Place an order for a side of tofu at Collis.
- While that's being cooked, fill a small soup cup with some honey and add a little less than that amount of soy sauce (it's on top of the salad bar).
- Get a side of rice with your tofu.
- Drizzle some of the honey soy mixture on top of the rice
- Put the tofu in the remaining honey soy sauce and roll it around so it's evenly coated.
- Grab the sesame seeds from the sushi table and shake a generous amount on the tofu so that it coats the outside of the pieces.
- Put the tofu over the rice.
And there you have it. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, a little sweet, a little salty, and packed with flavor and that's all in a tofu dish. Let's just hope the kids at Dartmouth are a little more forgiving than my third grade elementary class.
