Hanover police received a tip that a 22-year-old male was driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle driver's license. The confidential caller identified the driver, and the police found and pulled over the Honda motorcycle. Not only had the male been driving without a license, allegedly the driver had also illegally tampered with the motorcycle's validation sticker and was driving with invalid license plates. The 22-year-old had allegedly altered the color of the validation sticker from white to red to hide the fact that it had expired. The license plates, which had expired at the end of October 2004, did belong to the motorcycle but had been registered under a previous owner of the bike. Police arrested the driver for misuse or failure to display plates and for driving without a motorcycle license.
