Coming off a tough weekend split at Brown and Yale, the Dartmouth women's volleyball team heads back on the highway to face Cornell and Columbia.
To say that the women have a long road ahead of them is an understatement. Dartmouth is sporting a .500 record (7-7 overall, 2-2 in the Ivies). The team is still within striking distance of first place of the Ivy League if it picks up two wins; however, the Big Green is very realistic.
"At the very least, we would like to split this weekend," head coach Ann Marie Larese said.
Cornell is coming off a great weekend, beating both Princeton and Penn, and has a 3-1 Ivy record.
Down in New York City, Columbia sports the same Ivy record as the Big Green and seems like a more likely victory.
With consistent all-around performances at every position on the court, the Big Green has a realistic chance for a sweep.
