The women's softball team earned three All-Ivy mentions as two sophomores and one senior were named to the Honorable Mention in this year's All-Ivy picks.
Jane Peachy '99 was honored as one of the league's top catchers as she protected the plate on defense and then roped clutch hits on offense from the same spot on the field.
Throughout the season, she made numerous appearances on the league's batting leaderboard.
Senior Julia Doster was named one of the Ivy League's top outfielders as she kept the fly-balls from hitting the grass in centerfield all season long.
In addition, Doster was the Big Green's only Ivy League Player of the Week honoree (April 5 selection).
Sophomore Gretchen Saegh rounded out the Dartmouth contingent as she earned an Honorable Mention award for her solid play at first base.
The Big Green ended their second varsity-status season with a 8-26-0 overall record, 1-11 Ivy.
