As of today, local restaurant Everything But Anchovies has closed permanently, according to EBAs president Maureen Bogosian. EBAs had operated in Hanover for 38 years.
Hanover building inspector Ryan Borkowski said that, as of Tuesday afternoon, no forms had been filed for closure and there had been no emergency calls last night.
A representative from the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce could not confirm or deny the reports.
Hanover town manager Julia Griffin said that she had not heard the rumors about EBA’s closure.
A May 5 article in The Dartmouth reported that the EBAs saw a 20 percent decline in late night deliveries following the opening of Domino’s franchises in West Lebanon and Claremont last fall.
