After six years as dean of first year students, Peter Goldsmith has left his post to accept a position as dean of the college at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio.
Incoming Dean of the College James Larimore and Dean of Residential Life Martin Redman will assume their posts tomorrow, replacing acting deans Dan Nelson and Mary Liscinsky.
If all goes according to plan, the College could be accessing the Internet at three times the current speed by next year. But while this may seem cause for celebration, the news comes with one major caveat -- "for research only."
