Good to Address Argentine Civil War

Excellent article on the Argentine civil unrest ("Civil Unrest in Argentina," Nov. 8). Finally someone has the guts to tell it like it is. I was born and raised in Argentina, and I can tell you that the U.S. is an easy target. It is always easy to blame someone else for your own failures. It is hard for these countries to recognize that populist and anti-business policies created the problems that have afflicted not only Argentina, but also several other Latin American countries.
