The Ivy League announced its basketball award winners during Spring Break. Among the honorees wearing the Big Green are:

Sea Lonergan '97 became the first Dartmouth player honored as Rookie of the Year since Jim Barton in 1986. Lonergan earned weekly honors three times through the course of the season, averaging 14.2 points per game.

Rounding out Dartmouth's dominance of Rookie of the Year was Sally Annis '97, garnering the honor for women's basketball. Annis captured Rookie of the Week honors four times in the final five weeks of the season.

Women's basketball standout Betsy Gilmore '94 was named Player of the Year. Gilmore averaged 8.5 points per game, as well as 4.6 steals per contest.

Gregg Frame '94 was one of three unanimous choices for the All-Ivy Men's Basketball Team. Frame was one of five first team selections.

For the second consecutive year, squash standout Sascha Geatrex '95 was named to the Women's All-Ivy Squash Team.

Men's baseball's Andrew Spenser '97 was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week for his 11 for 31 start at the plate in Dartmouth's eight game western swing.
