So apparently there's some big football game on Sunday. Check that. Make it a huge, massive, legacy-defining football game that just happens to be a rematch of one of the greatest Super Bowls ever. Vince Marriott : As a native of Philadelphia, it's safe to say that basketball is rarely on my list of must-watch sporting events. Over the past decade, the 76ers have proved to be very good at being very average. They usually snuck into the playoffs, but it only ever provided the chance to get crushed by a far superior team. I didn't even care about what happened to the NBA during the lockout because I figured the Sixers would only provide more disappointment. This season, however, it's my very own Philadelphia 76ers who've been doing the crushing. At 11-5, the Sixers are in first place in the Atlantic Division and, while there's still a lot of season left, seem poised to make a deep run in the playoffs. That's why I'll be watching as the Sixers look to notch another win over the abysmal New Jersey Nets on Wednesday at 7 p.m on the YES Network.
