Experiential programs adapt travel plans to pandemic restrictions

As College-sponsored travel resumes after the cancellation of domestic and international trips due to the COVID-19 pandemic, two courses — ECON 70.03, “Macroeconomic Policy in Latin America,” and PBPL 85, “Topics in Global Policy Leadership” — will be conducting off-campus study trips during this year’s winterim break. 


Biden executive order leads Dartmouth to expand vaccine mandate to remote workers

Under federal guidance that requires federal contractors to comply with vaccine mandates, all full-time and part-time faculty and staff at Dartmouth, as well as anyone with a temporary appointment, will be required to submit proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or obtain a medical or religious waiver by Dec. 8.


Students face long lines at Hinman despite new initiatives

As campus bustles with activity for the first term of in-person classes since the COVID-19 pandemic, dining halls have not been the only facilities plagued by long lines: the Hinman Mail Center, too, has experienced significant delays. Although Hinman has rolled out several initiatives, including a mobile application that allows students to track their packages and lockers that let students pick up packages after business hours, many students are unaware of these changes.
