Go to Town On: Getting Events Catered

Welcome back to campus, everyone! I hope you all had a great off term winter break! After so much time off, I am sure you are all tired of Instagramming photos of your Christmas tree.

Perhaps you have awkwardly forgotten the names of some of the random acquaintances that you have casual stop-and-chats with. And maybe you forgot that your club has its first meeting of the term coming up and you need catered food ASAP (people show up for the free chow mein, not the free exchange of ideas, let’s be real).

Well, here’s one less thing to worry about – here is your definitive guide to getting campus events catered:

If you need food right away:

EVERYTHING BUT ANCHOVIES

(603) 643-6135
Ask for: Danielle or Roland
Notice: 24 hours for events without alcohol, five days for events with alcohol

YAMA
Catering at Yama involves a special catering menu. Catering platters include different types of bulgogis, udons, appetizers and rice dishes all ranging from $20-$80. Each plate serves about 10 people.

(603) 643-4000
Notice: one or two days

ORIENT
Orient suggests ordering party platter items for events. Catering staff will arrange to drop off the items.

(603) 643-8888
Notice: one or two days

If your event is next week:

JEWEL OF INDIA

(603) 643-2217
Notice: three or four days

MURPHY’S ON THE GREEN & 3 GUYS BASEMENT BARBEQUE
Murphy’s and 3 Guys are run by the same owner, and the restaurants share one catering department, which handles all catering requests.

(603) 643-7777
Ask for: Georgia, or email her at Georgia@murphysonthegreen.com
Notice: at least one week

If you’re just a great planner:

SALT HILL PUB

(603) 643-7855
Notice: at least two weeks

MARKET TABLE
Catering requests are filled using a special catering menu. Give at least one week’s notice or two during holiday seasons.

(603) 676-7996
Notice: at least one week, two during holiday seasons
